death tarps are banned right?

Hello players of brocraft and staff. I know i must temp ban this person but i must ask the staff that is death tarp banned cause i just log on and i see is some players saying someone as a death tarp in there house i go and check and they are right and rabious takes there stuff by hoppers (rabious is the person that has a death tarp) so i am going to temp ban him for 1 day and plz tell me isn't haveing a death tarp in your house against the rules?
