I have heard some rumors floating around about another housing plan soon. And those rumors are very true. Since our server is becoming a lot more popular, the staff and owners made a final conclusion to make another housing plan -[ a similar region where the shops and houses are near spawn ]-
The Housing plan will consist of over 100 plots. No pre-built houses will be made. and as always the cost will be between $4,500 to $5,000 per plot. The Walls Will Be Made Of Iron Block. No Immediate square footage per plot yet, However we believe we should make them a little bigger than the plots that are located near spawn and the shopping districts. Each Plot will be guaranteed to not ever be griefed by another player thanks to SRM and World Edit/World Guard.
Since Ill be going to North Carolina Over The Thanksgiving break, I will unfortunateley, not be near a computer to use. However i can connect to console from my phone incase if the server crashes. So we believe an estimated time of construction will be on the 28th - Dec 1st But the housing plan Might be done before Dec 1st so be prepared with atleast 5,000$ to get a guarenteed spot - No Reserves.
