so recently i decided to open a shop of my own located near the spawn location and i thought it would be a good idea to open a shop known as a 'pawn shop'
a pawn shop is a shop that buys people's items for a very cheap price and resells them for a more expensive price, making the owner of the pawn shop, profit. i made this type of shop because it gives people fast easy money as well as a use to sell used items
I mostly get my inventory from 'abandoned houses'. an abandoned house is a house that a player buys and they fill theyre chests with stuff. if they dont log back in within a few days, theyre house is put up for sale and the items in the chest go directly to my shop to use to sell to players.
The pawn shop is open 24/7 on chests and usually 3-9 on weekdays for selling other items/trading
