I think the city could use a subway or train line. Put the subway tunnels under the streets and make stations at street corners. I've made subways before in my own worlds so I've had practice with doing it. Please let me know what you think!
I could also do the work needed.

yeah i agree with meepler there should be a rail rail thing under the streets im good at building them it would be cool but to build it i have to be admin or have permission but i wont think that will happen so its your choice pickerbenny and navypenguin1 -nki381 your nice builder
